A slap in the face: Brodheadsville 9/11 first responder fights health problems, bureaucracy

One federal program says retired New York City Police Detective Frazier Prince has serious breathing problems caused by the 9/11 terrorist attacks on the twin towers and qualifies for possible compensation.

Another federal agency — thus far — has rejected the Brodheadsville resident’s compensation claims.
