Maloney Asks Mayor de Blasio for Canyon of Heroes Parade to Honor 9/11 Responders and Survivors
NEW YORK, NY – Congresswoman Carolyn B. Maloney (D-NY), lead sponsor of the Never Forget the Heroes: James Zadroga, Ray Pfeifer, and Luis Alvarez Permanent Authorization of the September 11th Victim Compensation Fund Act, today sent Mayor de Blasio a formal request that he host a Canyon of Heroes parade to honor 9/11 responders and survivors.
