Jon Stewart lends star power to 9/11 lobbying effort
WASHINGTON — It’s an “embarrassment” that firefighters, police officers and others who responded to Ground Zero in New York after the terrorist attacks in 2001 must lobby Congress to renew their health coverage, comedian Jon Stewart said Wednesday.
