MASSAPEQUA – A group of concerned citizens and Sept. 11 first responders has returned from a two-day trip to Washington, D.C. where they pushed lawmakers to extend the James Zadroga Act.
The act, which covers medical expenses for Sept. 11 responders and those that worked at Ground Zero, is set to expire in October 2016 if Congress decides not to renew the coverage.Posted on August 12, 2015

Dear Friends, supporters and Fellow Responders,
As many of you know, the October 3rd deadline to register for the Victims Compensation Fund (VCF) has passed. Hopefully all of you who registered are eligible to receive compensation. With the Oct 3rd deadline passed, the FealGood Foundation has made a significant change as we are headed into year three of the Zadroga Bill (HR 847).
